Questions, corrections and partnership enquiries.
We answer every message within two business days. Corrections, data disputes, partnership enquiries and reader questions all land with a real person on the research desk rather than an inbox nobody watches.
If you are writing about a figure on one of our broker pages, send the evidence with it. We re-test rather than argue, and if the number is wrong we change it and note the date it changed.
Brokers are welcome to get in touch too, though it will never influence a ranking or buy a placement on this site.

Before you write to us
Most messages we receive fall into one of four categories, and knowing which one yours is will get you a faster and more useful answer. Corrections go straight to the research desk: if a spread, a minimum deposit, a leverage cap or a licence number on this site is wrong, send the evidence and we will re-check it against the regulator's register and the broker's own documentation, then publish the correction with the date attached.
Reader questions about a specific broker are answered by whoever tested that firm. We can tell you what we measured, when we measured it and how the account behaved during a withdrawal, but we cannot tell you which broker to choose or whether a trade is a good idea — that would be personal advice, and we are not authorised to give it.
Commercial and partnership enquiries are handled separately from editorial, on purpose. Nobody on the research side is told which firms have a commercial relationship with us, and no payment has ever changed a score, a ranking or the wording of a review. If you are writing to ask about placement, the answer is that placement is not for sale.
Press, data licensing and speaking requests are welcome. Use the form below or the direct details in the panel above, and tell us your deadline — we will say honestly whether we can meet it.
